Five9 Tops Estimates | Carmen Roberts Anchors

Five9 says the cloud is the future for how companies deploy software. It sells software that lets companies replace old, legacy call centers with web-based call centers. Five9 (FIVN) topped the consensus quarterly estimate earlier this month.

In this ’14 interview Buckland said Five9 (FIVN) has been providing call-center services since 2001 and that he sees significant growth opportunities.

On May 12, 2015 (FIVN) reported results of ($0.12) beating the Thomson Reuters consensus estimate of ($0.17) by $0.05. Revenue for the quarter was $30.30 million, up 24.7% over the year ago period.

The consensus estimate for the year is a loss of ($0.54) cents per share for the current fiscal year.

Inadequate water supplies may hinder growth as developing nations face growing demand for food and energy.

Water is a resource, and like oil and other important resources – it is not always where it is needed.
